We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (the 48 adjoining states and the District of Columbia).
At this time, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.
This shipping range ensures that your beef arrives promptly and maintains its quality during transit.
Shipping Issues
We use insulated packaging and dry ice/gel packs to ensure your meat stays frozen during transit.
However, if there’s a delay caused by the carrier that leads to spoilage, please reach out — we handle these situations case by case to make it right.
Perishable Goods Policy
Because our products are perishable, we unfortunately cannot accept returns once an order has shipped.
This ensures the safety and quality of all food products for every customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
