Approximately 100 lbs of vacuum-packed 100% Farm Fresh Beef
What's Included:
- 25% Steaks*: Ribeyes, T-bones, Sirloins, NY Strip, Tri-tip, Top Rounds, Chuck Steaks, Flank Steaks, and Cube Steaks
- 35% Roasts and Specialty Cuts: Tri-tip, Chuck Roasts, Brisket, Short Ribs, and Stew Meat
- 40% Premium Ground Beef: 85/15 Blend
*Includes a number of the cuts listed above, depending on availability. Every animal is different.
How it works: You reserve a quarter beef share today with an $700 deposit. We reserve one of our premium angus steers for your family. Our USDA-certified butcher will process your beef, dry-age it for 14 days, and pack it in individual vacuum-sealed packages. Once your beef is ready, we will send you an invoice to collect the rest of the payment ($975). Then we will ship it to your door. Please note that deposits are non-refundable as they are used to support the growth and care of a living animal, which is an irreversible process.
