Packaging and Shipping:
- Order Sizes: Our beef is shipped in 25-pound boxes.
- Shipping Method: All orders are shipped frozen via UPS Ground to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (the 48 adjoining states and the District of Columbia).
At this time, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.
This shipping range ensures that your beef arrives promptly and maintains its quality during transit.
Shipping Issues
We use insulated packaging and dry ice/gel packs to ensure your meat stays frozen during transit.
However, if there’s a delay caused by the carrier that leads to spoilage, please reach out — we handle these situations case by case to make it right.
Perishable Goods Policy
Because our products are perishable, we unfortunately cannot accept returns once an order has shipped.
This ensures the safety and quality of all food products for every customer.
⚠️ All frozen meat sales are final once shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We stand behind the quality of our products.
If your order arrives damaged, thawed, or incorrect, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the box, packaging, and product condition
We’ll investigate and, if appropriate, issue a replacement or refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipment.
Once your order has been packed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled or refunded due to its perishable nature.
